Refunds:
All orders are non-refundable.

Due to the personalised nature of floral preservation, all orders are considered confirmed once placed, and time is specifically reserved for your order. As we limit the number of bookings each week, your reservation guarantees dedicated time for your preservation process. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered.

Flower Preservation Process:

• As part of the natural drying process, flowers may undergo changes in colour, texture, and appearance. Some flowers may retain their original colours, others may fade, and some may change entirely.

• The flowers selected for preservation will be carefully chosen based on their condition and the frame size ordered..

Frame and Design:

• The number and size of flowers pressed will be carefully tailored to fit the selected frame size. For example, if a small frame is ordered, the pressed flowers will be arranged accordingly.

• Any flowers that are not selected for the final frame due to size limitations, quality, or other factors will not be returned to the customer.

• Please note that the wood frame may display slight variations in pattern and colour due to the natural grain of the material.

 

Design Approval:

Once the design is prepared, approval must be given within a reasonable time frame. If no response is received within one week after the design is sent by email for approval, the design will be considered final, and the next stages of the process will begin.

 

Packing and Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for packing their flowers according to the provided guidelines to ensure safe arrival. Improper packing may result in damage to the flowers and affect the quality and number of flowers that can be preserved.

• Customers outside Adelaide are responsible for shipping their flowers to our home studio in Adelaide, South Australia.

• Local customers in Adelaide, South Australia, are welcome to arrange a direct drop-off by appointment.

Price Changes:

Prices are subject to change. However, once your order is confirmed with a deposit or full payment, the price will be locked in, and no further price changes will affect your order.
